Whether you are planning a full remodel or adding custom cabinetry to a specific space, we walk you through every step with transparency and attention to detail.
Step 1
Submit your Intake form
Every project starts with your intake form. This gives us a clear understanding of your space, goals, and overall vision.
From there, we begin shaping the design direction and preparing for the next phase of measurements or plan review. This step ensures we’re aligned before any design work begins.
STEP 2
Preliminary Measurements or Architectural Review
We gather the key dimensions needed to build your layout.

This step allows us to begin creating an accurate design for your cabinetry.
STEP 3
Showroom Meeting & Material Selection
Every project begins with a meeting where we go through the key design elements of your cabinetry. During this step we review cabinet construction options, door styles, finishes, and color selections so you can start visualizing how everything will come together in your space.
This is also a great opportunity to ask questions and explore different options before moving into the design phase.

• Initial design direction
STEP 4
Initial Design Review
With measurements and design direction established, we create an initial cabinet layout for your project.
During this review we walk through the design together so you can see how the cabinetry fits within your space. This is where functionality, layout, and overall flow are evaluated before moving forward.
Our goal at this stage is to make sure the design aligns with both your vision and how you plan to use the space.
STEP 5
Design Adjustments and Refinements
After reviewing the initial design, we make any adjustments needed to ensure everything feels right.
Changes may include layout updates, cabinet sizing, storage improvements, or material selections. We take the time to refine the details so that the final design works both visually and functionally.
STEP 6
Final Design Review/Deposit
Once the design is finalized, we schedule a final review, preferably in person.
During this meeting we confirm all remaining details and make sure everyone is aligned before moving into production.
What to expect during this step:
• Final review of the cabinetry design
• Confirmation of materials and finishes
• Review of project pricing
• Timeline expectations for production and installation
STEP 7
Ordering Materials & Scheduling Installation
After final approval, materials are ordered and we begin preparing for production and installation.
At this stage we also schedule a tentative installation date. Because cabinet production depends on material availability and manufacturing timelines, this date may adjust slightly depending on when materials are ready.
Our team keeps you informed throughout this phase so you always know where your project stands.
STEP 8
Delivery & Installation
Once materials are ready, we schedule delivery and installation.
A second deposit is required prior to scheduling this phase.
Our team ensures everything is installed with precision and aligned with the approved design.
STEP 9
Final Walkthrough
After substantial completion, we walk the project with you to ensure everything meets expectations.
This is your opportunity to review the finished cabinetry and address any final details.
Final balance is due at this stage.
STEP 10
Final Punch (If Needed)
If any minor adjustments or touch-ups are needed, we take care of them promptly.
Our goal is to make sure everything is completed to your satisfaction.
